I've checked the order — it was delivered on 28 February 2026, which is within our 30-day refund window for damaged-on-arrival items. According to our policy, when an item arrives damaged and is reported within the window, we send a replacement if the same item is in stock. Unfortunately, the arched wall mirror (SKU: MIRROR-ARCH) is currently out of stock, so we cannot send a replacement. In this case, the policy states we should refund the item's price times the quantity. The mirror's price is $245, so the refund amount would be $245 (shipping is never refunded).
