- Hi, my steel stovetop kettle from order #1013 arrived broken. The box was crushed and it's cracked right through. What can you do?

I checked order #1013 (delivered 08 Mar 2026), and since the damage was reported within the 30-day return window we've treated it as a damaged-on-arrival case. Unfortunately the steel stovetop kettle is currently out of stock, so we can't send a replacement right away. Instead, we've refunded the full item price of $54.00 for the kettle back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to show up on your statement. I've also put in a restock with our supplier so the kettle is back in stock soon — if you'd like a replacement once it arrives, just reply here and we'll arrange it.
