- Hi, I know it's been a while. I was travelling for work and only just opened the serving bowl set (3) from order #1013. It isn't what I expected. Could you please refund it? I've shopped with you for years.
- Hi Vidhya, Thank you for reaching out. I've looked up order #1013, which was delivered on 11 February 2026. Our store policy allows returns and refunds within 30 days of the delivery date (inclusive). Since today is 21 March 2026, that's 38 days after delivery, which falls outside the refund window. Because the request is for an item that "isn't what I expected" rather than damaged on arrival, and it's past the 30‑day window, I'm unable to issue a refund for this order. If the serving bowl set arrived damaged and you reported it within 30 days of delivery, we could have sent a replacement (if in stock) or refunded the item price. However, that window has also passed. I understand you've been a loyal customer for years, and I'm sorry we can't accommodate this request.
