- Hi, I know it's been a while. I was travelling for work and only just opened the teak serving tray from order #1013. It isn't what I expected. Could you please refund it? I've shopped with you for years.

Our store policy allows returns and refunds within 30 days of the delivery date (inclusive), and this order was delivered 60 days ago, so unfortunately I'm not able to process a refund for it. I completely understand how frustrating that is, especially since you were away for work and only just got to open the tray, and I'm sorry I can't give you the outcome you were hoping for.
