According to Juniper Goods policy, returns and refunds are allowed within 30 days of the delivery date (inclusive). Since today is March 26, 2026, it has been 49 days since delivery, which is outside the 30-day return window. Unfortunately, I'm unable to process a return or refund for this item as it falls outside our policy window. If the item arrived damaged and you reported it within 30 days of delivery, we could have offered a replacement or refund, but that window has also passed. I understand this may be disappointing.
