- Hi, I know it's been a while. I was travelling for work and only just opened the teak serving tray from order #1013. It isn't what I expected. Could you please refund it? I've shopped with you for years.

Our returns and refunds window is 30 days from the delivery date (inclusive), so the eligible window for this order closed on 20 February 2026. Today is 48 days after delivery, which puts the order outside that window, so I'm not able to issue a refund for it. I completely understand this is frustrating, especially when work travel meant the tray was only opened recently. A couple of things that may still help: 1. If the tray arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, reply to this message with a few photos and details and we'll take a closer look and see what we can do. 2. If you'd rather talk it through, I can book a 30-minute callback with our support team. Just reply with a couple of times that suit you between 09:00 and 17:00 IST and we'll confirm a slot.
