- Hi Menaka, Thanks for getting in touch, and I'm sorry the planter isn't what you hoped for. I checked order #1013: it was delivered on 31 January 2026. Our returns and refunds window runs for 30 days from the delivery date (inclusive), so as of today (21 March 2026) that order is 49 days out and falls outside the eligible period. Because of that, I'm not able to process a return, refund, or replacement for the planter on this order. A couple of things I can do right away: - The Terracotta planter, large (PLANTER-L) is in stock and ships the same day, so if you'd like to order one again — or in a different size or colour — just reply and I'll set it up. - If the planter you received arrived damaged, let me know and I'll note it on the file so we can review it; if there's anything else on any of your orders that's not right, send it over and I'll take a look for you.
