- Hi, I know it's been a while. I was travelling for work and only just opened the teak serving tray from order #1013. It isn't what I expected. Could you please refund it? I've shopped with you for years.
- Hi Chandira, Thank you for reaching out. I've looked up order #1013, which was delivered on 8 January 2026. Our store policy allows returns and refunds within 30 days of the delivery date (inclusive). Since it has been 60 days since delivery, this order is outside the refund window. I understand you were travelling for work, but the 30-day window is a firm policy that applies to all customers. Unfortunately, I'm unable to issue a refund for this item. If the teak serving tray arrived damaged, please let me know and I can check if a replacement is possible (subject to stock availability and the same 30-day reporting window). Otherwise, I'm afraid we cannot process a refund for "not as expected" after the refund period has passed.
